電磁(ci)流量(liang)計在調試(shi)前,應用(yong)管道及(ji)流量(liang)計進(jin)行(xing)有效(xiao)檢查(zha),包(bao)括(kuo)管道雜物等清(qing)理(li),油(you)性介質管道不(bu)需(xu)要進(jin)行(xing)幹燥處理(li)。調試(shi)前的檢查(zha)還(hai)包裝(zhuang)電(dian)器(qi)線路的檢查(zha),首先應對線路的接進(jin)進(jin)行(xing)檢測(ce),確(que)保(bao)接地(di)可靠(kao)後方(fang)可進(jin)行(xing)其(qi)它線路測(ce)試檢查(zha),以免造成線路容(rong)性效(xiao)應,儲(chu)存電(dian)量,或(huo)是(shi)測量(liang)電源(yuan)對儀器(qi)產生破壞作(zuo)用(yong)。另(ling)外(wai),還(hai)需(xu)進(jin)行(xing)絕(jue)緣(yuan)電阻(zu)及接地(di)電(dian)阻(zu)測試(shi)。
系統(tong)調試(shi):電(dian)磁(ci)流量(liang)計在進(jin)行(xing)完單項(xiang)功(gong)能(neng)通(tong)水測(ce)試(shi),控制(zhi)主機各(ge)項(xiang)預(yu)備調試(shi)完成後(hou),可進(jin)行(xing)系統(tong)調試(shi)。油(you)性介質管道需(xu)進(jin)行(xing)幹燥後(hou)方(fang)可通入(ru)被(bei)測介(jie)質(zhi)進(jin)行(xing)系統(tong)運(yun)轉。系統(tong)調試(shi)時,主(zhu)機應預(yu)先對各(ge)個測量點(dian)進(jin)行(xing)編碼掃描(miao),確(que)保(bao)各(ge)儀表部件(jian)均(jun)在正(zheng)常工(gong)作(zuo)狀態後(hou)方(fang)可進(jin)行(xing)功(gong)能(neng)性(xing)調試(shi)。功(gong)能(neng)性(xing)調試(shi)時,由主機系統(tong)對各(ge)儀表分別進(jin)行(xing)參數(shu)的讀取(qu),臨(lin)界(jie)值(zhi)報警試(shi)驗(yan)等,然後進(jin)行(xing)控制(zhi)數(shu)據的寫(xie)入(ru),逐(zhu)壹(yi)進(jin)行(xing)調試(shi),並將(jiang)相(xiang)關數(shu)據發送(song)到(dao)相(xiang)關上(shang)位機進(jin)行(xing)分析。
通水調試(shi):無(wu)論是(shi)測量(liang)水性(xing)介(jie)質混(hun)懸(xuan)液體,還(hai)是(shi)油(you)性介質的儀(yi)表,電(dian)磁(ci)流量(liang)計在正(zheng)式調試(shi)前,均應(ying)模擬(ni)實(shi)際測(ce)量(liang)介質(zhi)的溫(wen)度(du),壓力,流速(su)等條(tiao)件進(jin)行(xing)通(tong)水調試(shi)。若(ruo)在通(tong)水試(shi)驗(yan)過(guo)程(cheng)中(zhong)發生異(yi)常,或(huo)是(shi)參數(shu)缺(que)失(shi),應對儀表進(jin)行(xing)單體檢測(ce)或(huo)送(song)出生產單位(wei)進(jin)行(xing)校驗(yan)。
